Lawn Care Technician - Alliance, OH

We have an opening for a Lawn Care Technician. Enjoy the benefits of an outdoor position without all of the exposure to chemical products and synthetic fertilizers.

Overview: The lawn care technician will make fertilizer applications to residential and commercial lawns using natural products on a pre-determined schedule. You will also help diagnose and correct potential/existing lawn issues. Customer communication along with addressing customer service needs and questions. This position will also help with education and marketing efforts for new and existing clients. This position does NOT require you to sell lawn care accounts.

Requirements:

• YOU MUST HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE! We’ll train you on the rest of the skills you will need to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record is a must
• No DUI and 4 points or less
• 21 years or older
• Dependable
• Possess, or ability to obtain, a Pesticide Applicator’s License
