Customer Service Specialist - Green, OH

We are a local organic lawn care company that provides a safe, effective and affordable alternative to traditional, chemical lawn and pest programs. We service homeowners and small businesses throughout the Greater Canton-Akron area.

This position will assist with inquiries from existing and prospective clients along with data entry and general office tasks. We maintain a laid-back environment with great company culture. While we are serious about providing a great experience for our clients, we also like to have a lot of fun. This is a great opportunity to grow within a smaller, locally owned company. Our custom-built office is conveniently located in downtown Canton.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry for new client leads.
  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Creating electronic quotes for existing and prospective clients.
  • Measuring lawns with a satellite software system.
  • Assisting with accounts receivable.
  • General office assistance as needed.
  • Preparing outbound bulk mailing projects.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Mac OS and basic computer operation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and focused.
  • You must have a GREAT attitude.

Job Type: Full-time M-F (Occasional 1/2 days on Saturdays – March through May)
